Hypno Skates FAQs
Where can I try Hypno Skates on?

There are currently only a small number of retailers carrying Hypno Skates in the U.S. and Canada. You can see the list of resellers in our Retail Locator section.

If the size is wrong, how do I exchange the skates for a different size?

In most cases, if the size you’ve bought is wrong, you can simply return the boots to us (not the whole skate) and we’ll send you out a different size boot, that will fit onto your chassis. Simply contact us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions via our Contact Us page.

The only time you’ll need to send the whole skate back for replacement is if the replacement boots use a different size chassis. We’ll let you know if you need to do this when you contact us

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders delivered to the Continental U.S. ship from Sumas, Washington. All other orders ship from Abbotsford, BC, Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

It costs about $25 - $30 for ground shipping of one pair of skates within the Continental U.S. or Canada. Exact shipping costs are determined by the shopping cart when you check out.

Our web store uses a real-time shipping calculator for orders, based on the size and weight of the order and your delivery address, so the best way to know your shipping options and costs is to do the following:
  1. Set up a user account on our web site with your shipping information
  2. Be sure you’re logged in and add the items you want to your shopping cart
  3. Click the "Checkout" button
  4. You will be presented with all available shipping options and costs to ship the order to your address.

When you’re finished, either complete the purchase or simply clear your shopping cart.  You can also delete your user account if you like (don’t worry, we only use your personal information for your orders and when you specifically request that we contact you).

Why are there so few sizes and styles available?

Lifestyle Fitness Company Ltd. is a small, family owned business. Bringing Hypno Skates into North America is quite costly and with our limited resources, we are only able to bring in one model at a time. We’re working hard to build our inventory, but the process will take time. We are committed however, to building the inventory and availability of Hypno Skates in North America.

Due to higher shipping costs in Canada, we have had to increase the purchase requirement from $29 to $39 for orders of parts or accessories to qualify for free shipping.  Unfortunately, postage costs in Canada are significantly higher than in the U.S.
 
There has been no change to the $29 order requirement for parts or accessories, in the U.S.
