The 74A rating on these wheels means that they are a "softer" wheel, ideally suited for use indoors, but they can also be used outdoors.  They have better traction than harder wheels, but also wear down more quickly.

Due to higher shipping costs in Canada, we have had to increase the purchase requirement from $29 to $39 for orders of parts or accessories to qualify for free shipping.  Unfortunately, postage costs in Canada are significantly higher than in the U.S.
 
There has been no change to the $29 order requirement for parts or accessories, in the U.S.
